JP長坂ゴンドラのあるゲレンデから滑って宿の前に行ける（徒歩30秒）の好立地であるのが最高で安い。 部屋は至ってシンプルでベッド・クローゼット・バスタオル・リネン・暖房器具以外は特になく、必要最低限の設備ですが、部屋の外のトイレやお風呂は清潔感もあり問題なかったです。 共同部屋にローテーブルとレンジとケトルがあり、チェックアウト後24h以内であれば荷物が置けます。
共同部屋のテレビはつきませんでした。また部屋にもテーブルはなく、バスタオル以外に特にアメニティはありません。（暮らすのに最低限の設備はあるので困らないものの、一応認識しておくとギャップは少ないです） また日本人スタッフはいないので、多少なりとも英語が分かる方が良いです。

CN物有所值的住宿，特别是在滑雪季。位置：酒店对面就是长坂缆车站，可谓一步之遥。因为酒店和缆车站在地势较高的位置，对比其他住宿位置而言，在这里省去了很多带着雪板爬坡的艰苦。距离中央街道也只是十分钟左右的步行距离。餐饮：酒店一层的咖啡店供应很好的咖啡和三明治，住在这里一早可以吃的可口温暖的早餐。设施：房间比较小，好在公共设施齐备，还是可以满足日常需求的。员工：工作人员都非常热情友善。
可以设置一个饮料和方便食品的自助售卖机，方便下雪天出门不便的客人。
