JMD Residency

Good location. Close to the airport.

The room was too noisy. Got woken up twice due to loud noise in the room, possibly caused by electrical equipment. Could not get any sleep. Asked to see the manager, got ignored, no response or apology. Reception was not manned every time I needed it.

This guesthouse is a fantastic place to stay when traveling to Delhi! The staff were very kind and helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable! Thank you for providing such a wonderful and comfortable place for us to stay!

Green view at distance from traffic, on relatively low traffic street. No vis-à-vis so comfortable to leave curtains open with privacy. Good water supply. Equipped with AC and fan - though loud, so bring earplugs. Balcony, sofa and lots of natural light are a plus.

Room itself is great value. Bathroom furniture is worn and smells somewhat moldy, even if I didn’t run my fingers over to check. Floor not super clean. The outside common kitchen does not seem maintained and is unusable.

There was an issue with the hot water and it caused a little inconvenience to us

The staff at JMD Residency were very welcoming and the hospitality is the first thing I liked about the property. Stay was comfortable, I got a mini balcony attached with my room and it was just perfect! Everything was spick and span.

Not much really. All good!
