We had a wonderful stay in this cosy, clean, and modern apartment that was equipped with everything we needed, even for a longer visit of over a month. The area was lovely, filled with greenery, charismatic cottages and the soothing sounds of birds, yet it was just a short walk to the coffee shops and restaurants in the historic city centre. Tamir was an excellent host. He greeted us when we arrived and even helped with our luggage. He was quick to respond to any questions we had and efficiently handled the necessary paperwork for the registration of our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this apartment!

Very pleasant apartment, as clean as it should be. And it's so well stocked that there's nothing more you may need to ask for. Actually I've never seen so well-stocked bathroom before - shampoos, hair conditioner, body lotion, shaving gel (thanks for that) and much more... If I need to stay in Subotica again for a couple of days or even a week - next time I'll look no further.

Nice and cozy apartment! The host responds quickly and is always ready to help! If you are lucky, it's possible to park your car in a private yard (only 14 places). Big plus that the windows are in the yard side, no noise from the road. I recommend it.

The place is amazing!! It is spotless clean and perfect! It has everything one need!! The beds are very comfy. Everything works great! The coffee maker is great extra bonus and we loved it! The host had many coffee pods ready for us to use, and also tea, sugar, salt, oil, washing soap etc. The shower is great and very clean!! And the parking is great and secure! The lift works perfect! We will stay here anytime again! Thank you very much for offering this amazing place as guest accommodation!
