Easy going check in and check out, quick replies from the host. Good location, the central station is nearby, close to a market, downtown is less then 10 min walk.

A microvawe would be useful. The little garden is a treasure, it would require a bit more care to become more welcoming.

Really nice and clean property next to the main train station. One of the better accommodations you will find in Palermo.

Very nice property. Large, comfortable, easy self check-in, close to the center.

The apartment was excellent. We had two big rooms, kitchen and a little garden. The host was informative. We found a bottle of water and shampoo eventhough it wasn't in the description. The location was 10 min from train station and 20 from center. We loved everything.

The only thing that bothered us was the squeaky doors that could be heard during the night and early morning but that could be easily fixed. And the neighbourhood isn't that quiet so fair warning for those with light sleeping.

A very big and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms and everything necessary inside

The location is ideal for travelling around the city sights as within walking distance to everything. The apartment was exceptionally clean and bright with an outside terrace which was nice to have. The apartment was very big with large bedrooms and bathroom. Very nice for a couple in the summer months.

Although location was convenient, it is not suitable for walking around at night as it didn't feel safe and we were advised not to stand around the station late at night waiting for the someone to meet us. The area is also very dirty with dogs mess and litter. There was also a lot of noise at night with heavy adjoining building door being slammed by tenants. The apartment does not have a living room so had to sit in the bedrooms to watch TV although one of them was disconnected. The only indoor seating was bar stools in the kitchen for 3 people at a squeeze and not comfortable. Therefore apartment only suitable for a couple and not children. We did not see the owner at all, communication over the phone difficult due to language barrier and had difficulty finding the building as nothing outside to indicate. Taxi driver helped in the end as it was very late at night.

The Location is somewhat convenient

We could live with the cockroach in the kitchen. The very bad communication, arrogance and complete lack of empathy of the owner was something else.

The apartment is spacious and the host was very attentive and helpful, close to train station.

Little bit far from the center and not a lot to be done around.
