WiFi did not reach the room, so I was unable to catch up on work The TV was a “smart” TV, but none of the streaming sites worked due to network issues. This was raised with staff on two separate occasions who did absolutely nothing to help The water cut off suddenly when I was in the shower and we were without water from the shower or sink for around 30 minutes Very, very limited breakfast. There wasn’t even any margarine / butter for bread / toast Fitness room is not fit for use. The multi functional trainer is a hazard and needs replacing Very loud. You can here everything that goes on in the corridor
