TA Collection Hotel

Good Location. Nice hotel with a pleasant stay overall. The young man working the night shift was especially helpful and friendly, and his service was much appreciated.

The breakfast area did not seem large enough. It became quite crowded, especially when tour groups were staying at the hotel.

The location (with a bus stop outside) and helpful staff. A 24/7 coffee machine in the hallway. Reasonable breakfast, though it is exactly the same every day. Complementary bottle of water (only 1st day) & tea-making facilities (though my cup was never washed). Excellent shower, fairly good wifi & good air conditioning. They even give you the bus fare to get to the airport!

My room was small but functional; however, the bedside table was minuscule and half taken up by a digital clock which I had to move. The bathroom door didn’t close properly (perhaps not a major problem in a single room) and the lock on the room door was misaligned so didn’t work (not ideal). A faulty bedside lamp was fixed the same day. I felt uncomfortable with the steps in reception, which could be dangerous for elderly people. On the subject of breakfast, one morning a busload of pensioners all decided to have breakfast at the same time; they had moved through the breakfast room like a plague of locusts, there was nowhere to sit & one coffee machine for 30-40 people; when I finally found somewhere to leave my juice & coffee, I returned with some food to find that staff had taken everything away. It was chaos that morning.

Перша дівчина на ресепшен була мега привітна, а от інша дівчина, коли ми виїзжали вночі, оскільки був нічний виліт, то треба була допомога з таксі, то я простла допомогти з викликом таксі і виставити правильно точку в додатку, але вона поставила точку набагато далі від місця розташування готелю, то прийшлось іти з валізами і платити за простой Хотілось би, щоб персонал був більш уважний
