- Instructions for accessing the property and Wi-Fi credentials will be provided on the day of arrival. - Please contact Interior Tech srl in advance at +39 351 3788165 to request an early check-in before 5:00 PM or a late check-out after 10:00 AM. Requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed. - For special requests regarding bed arrangements, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival. - For stays of less than 10 nights, no linen change or cleaning service is provided during the stay; however, this service is available upon request for an additional fee. - For stays longer than 10 nights, an intermediate cleaning with linen change is scheduled and must be paid at the property. - Any damage caused to the property or furnishings during the stay must be reported and may result in additional charges. - As required by current Italian regulations, for guest identification and communication with the competent authorities, check-in is carried out online before arrival. - The property does not have a physical reception. Check-in, guest registration, and payment of the city tax are handled through our dedicated portal. The procedure includes entering the details of all guests, uploading a photo of a valid ID for each guest, and for the reservation holder, taking a selfie with the ID for identity verification. Signing the rental agreement before arrival is also required.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
