Attaccato al mare

Poco pulito rispetto ai miei parametri, a pochi metri è una scocciatura e gli infissi non sono isolanti, le zanzariere non sono presenti in tutte le finestre e alcune sono rotte; ed essendo vicino alla pineta è un problema
