Very bad service! They charged us an extra 40 Ringgit just to enter the hotel because we arrived an hour earlier from the airport. My child was sick, yet they refused to give us the key. Despite the heavy security outside, our laptop and mobile were stolen. They didn’t even allow us to check the CCTV footage, and the police did nothing. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book a room here.

No key available in the box during arrival.. Have to wait 40 minutes for someone to put it in the box. No cup or glasses for drink.

Not that clean, have dust & ant anywhere

I like that the place is equipped with a TV, WiFi, water filter, microwave, stove, kettle, water heater, iron, hangers and air conditioner (1 in the room and 1 in the living room). There are a lot of extra beds too. It's really nice and comfy. Suitable for weekend getaway with friends and family. Parking is provided, you just need to inform the agent and you'll need to fill in a form in order to get a QR code. You need to show that QR code and your driving license to the guard before entering the residences. All instructions are given in detail and the process of checking-in and checking out is easy. Make sure you park at the lobby to collect your keys in the mail room before going to Level 4/5/6 to park.
