The villa was beautifully presented, centrally located in the old town (but was still easily accessible) and, with only 3 rooms, was comfortable and felt exclusive. The villa itself has been recently renovated to a high standard with an old world charm. The jacuzzi and sauna in a large garden area added to the experience. The owner, Francesca, was an excellent host with a great personality. A number of high quality restaurants within easy walking distance helped to make our stay relaxing.

We discovered Villa Messori and the cutest old town - castelvetro di modena in our recent trip to Maranello. Villa Messori is located in the heart of the old town, 15 min to Ferrari Factory, 30 min to Bologna Airport. The old town is very quite in early October which is exactly what we were looking for. We had 2 perfect meals in local restaurants that Francesca recommended, top level of food. We had a short but incredible stay at Villa Messori. Francesca and Gianmarco are amazing hosts. We received 10/10 service. Will come back again.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay at Villa Messori. The property is gorgeous, the location is perfect and Francesca is the best hostess! We felt like kings and queens staying there. Francesca helped us arrange activities in the local area, booked us meals at the most amazing restaurants and best of all she organised us a tasting of local wines and foods. Everything was exceptional.

A wonderful stay at Villa Messori! Our experience at Villa Messori was simply outstanding. Francesca, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even assisting us with logistics as there was a local festival in the city taking place during our stay. I was also able to bring my bike along and store it safely in their bike room, which was a huge plus for me. The breakfast was spectacular, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, and the cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I highly recommend Villa Messori to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Castelvetro.

Huge 2 bedroom suite. Comfortable beds, amazing homemade breakfasts with local products, friendly and helpful hosts. Parking right in front of the house, great location to base for the area or just for a night. Charming old hill town with many restaurants.
