Die Lage war etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum und dadurch ruhig, aber mit guten Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Die gesamte Wohnanlage war nur für Bewohner zugänglich und gut gepflegt (inklusive Pool). Die Küche war (für eine Ferienwohnung) gut ausgestattet (auch mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Zitronensaft, Tee, Kaffee).

Die Wohnung und das Mobiliar waren teilweise etwas abgelebt (z.B. schiefe Vorhangstangen, knarzendes Bett, verzogene Pfannen ...). Hier ließe sich noch nachbessern, aber wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.

The apartment is in a gated-in block with an underground parking garage, with a parking lot allocated for guests. Check-in instructions were very clear. The location is perfect: a 5-min walking distance to the shore, close to restaurants, grocery stores, bus stops, but away from the road noise. A large park and the Marina are at a walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony in the morning.

The Wi-Fi signal does not reach one of the bedrooms, so you have to walk out of it to use the Internet. The door to that bedroom does not shut (the lock latch sticks out and blocks it). The wardrobe by the entrance door is locked: not very convenient, as there is nowhere to hang coats and jackets. I messaged the host a question about how to open window shutters, but they never got back to me.

Posizione molto comoda al centro, ma allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla e con garage. Ottimo avere un terrazzino per la colazione.

A localização excelente. Apartamento amplo e com tudo o que é essencial. O facto de ter garagem ajudou imenso. Estivemos muito bem instalados.

Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen - ganz in der Nähe des Casina, mehrere Bars & Restaurants in kurzer Fussmarsch Entfernung. Obwohl es ein älteres Apartment mit den üblichen kleinen Mängeln ist, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten zum Kochen ausgerüstet ! Wichtig war für uns dass das Apartment ruhig war, weder Strassenlärm noch Lärm von anderen Apartments. Der Support von "Paula" war sehr gut - irgendeine Unterstützungsfrage - schnelle klärende Rückantwort ! Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen!
