Ladurner Home

This was the best apartment we’ve stayed in in our whole trip. It is in a perfect location - it feels suburban just across the river but is still within very easy walking distance to the city centre and station. We felt right at home. Loved the outside patio area - perfect for relaxing in the sun after a long day. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Beautifully renovated bathroom with a proper shower (not in a bath!) The hosts provided a South Tirol guest pass which saved us at least EUR 120 during our stay.

Cozy location

The location was cozy and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. However, the bathroom was not clean (dirty toilet), and we even found a condom on the floor next to the bed (its still there), which was unacceptable. There were only two towels provided at first, but after contacting the host, her husband came to bring more — he entered the apartment with his shoes on and took them out of a drawer under the bed, which we didn’t appreciate. We also didn’t like that the checkout time was at 10 AM. Around 8 AM we went out for a short walk and, when we came back, we found a key in the door and cleaning products inside — the cleaners had already started even though our belongings were still there. For the price we paid (€400 for 3 nights), we expected much better. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return here.

We had a great stay at the Ladurner apartment in Brunico. The location is excellent - just a short walk to shops, cafes, and everything you might need. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom is great and well-equipped, and having a washing machine was a huge plus. The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, making meals easy and convenient. The rooms are cosy, quiet, and very comfortable - a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the area. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Brunico!

A very pleasant, comfortable, well-equipped apartment. Spacious, modern bathroom, recently renovated. Parking space available in front of the building. Distance from the center approx. 5 minutes walk. The owner Elke is very hospitable and helpful in every situation. A wonderful holiday.
