No geral gostei muito do estudio. Muito conveniente, proximo de tudo, barco para troia a 5 min a pé. Estacionar na rua é muito fácil e a proximidade tanto a Lisboa como à zona da Arrábida é o que nos faz preferir ficar em Setúbal.

Apartamento con muy buena ubicación en el casco antiguo, cerca de tiendas, bares y restaurantes. Todo muy limpio y ordenado, la cocina y el menaje como nuevos, cama muy confortable, y pese a estar en la avenida principal, todo muy insonorizado. Me coincidió en Navidad y en frente montan los kioscos navideños.

La escalera de acceso algo inclinada.

A relação preço qualidade e muito boa. A minha mulher adorou a decoração, ate tiramos fotos e tudo para ideias para nossa casa. Tem um cafe amoroso no rés do chão. O apartamento esta perto de tudo, muito conveniente. bastante calmo e acolhedor. Voltaríamos.
