Locație bună, lângă metrou și statie de autobuz, Lidl și Profi la parterul blocului, gazda amabila(nu am găsit telecomanda de la aerul condiționat dar ne-a adus-o cineva in scurt timp). Proprietatea nu are parcare proprie dar se poate parca in parcarea de la Lidl sau in cea din fata blocului.

Sigurul lucru neplăcut a fost mirosul de canalizare din baie dar probabil nu tine de proprietar.
