"Mixed feelings from night to Day"

The receptionist lady during the day is so nice and friendly! Loved her customer service and she was cheerful and made me feel safe.

Arrived late at night and initially wondered if I made the wrong choice to stay here. The locks on my main door didn't work well and made me feel unsafe as a solo traveller. Made my night uncomfortable.
