The free parking

Not very clean (the couch, the carpet, the cushion). Uncomfortable mattress which seems to have a whole in the middle of the bed. Disappointing breakfast (not homemade).

Very kind hosts. The room is located in a complex of a large property, which is fenced with a security door and has a parking lot, which is of great importance. In the immediate vicinity is the metro station that leads directly to the centre of Catania. Breakfast was average.

There is no window in the room and the sound insulation is very weak, so even the TV from the neighbours can be heard. Privacy is debatable, as the door of the room is directly connected to the shared terrace.

We could park our car already before check-in time at the property. This enabled us to use public transportation to enter the city while having the car parked securely.

The advertisement states "Featuring an indoor pool, garden and views of garden..." including pictures of the indoor pool. When we arrived we asked where we could find the pool (we booked the double room), but she told us it was only limited for 1 room. This was not clear at all.. It doesn't fit the subscription nor the pictures of the house. It's very disappointing as this is completely unclear when booking. The shower wasn't working well, water was flowing everywhere.

Lack of information on arrival, struggled to access the property.

The property is situated in a beautiful area and parking is so close by the room. The host always prepared fresh homemade breakfast which was delicious.

Stefano House is a room with a separate entrance in a private residence, just outside Catania city centre. The room is in a large garden, with a silhouette of the beautiful city of Catania. The host was very attentive, even asked us what we wanted to eat in the morning. There is a free parking space for your car or motorcycle in this gated property. And there is an automatic door at the door of the Villa. A secret gem in Catania...

Everything was perfect ! There was nothing wrong.

Daniela the host was absolutely fantastic nothing was too much for her. On arrival she made us a lovely cup of tea despite it being very late.
