EGGreat location , BIM supermarket is a walking distance and its close to the beach and to a huge park with great playgrounds. Air con was great and room was clean. Pool was a plus.

PKWe enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. Beds were very comfortable. Kids loved to play table tennis and snooker there.
Checkout time was quite early (11 am).

Careful for the mosquitos at dusk. There were many. No fault of the property just something to be aware of
LTWe were arriving late at night, well after midnight; the owner made sure that the staff waits for us. We were offered to check the rooms first and choose from couple of options (it was still a low season at the end of April). It was not just a room, but a small flat with a kitchen, living area and separate bedroom. We liked the design of our little flat, it looked like a classic Turkish apartment and allowed us feeling not like at a guesthouse, but like at home. The kitchen had all we needed and we could prepare food easily. The bedsheets and towels were all clean. There was also an air conditioner. We even had our own balcony overlooking a beautiful garden with a variety of plants and flowers which were very well looked after. We could also park our car on the site for free. The seaside was close by, some 5 min walk away (although I think the swimming beach is slightly further); caffes, restaurants and grocery shops were also nearby. The owner was very warm and communicative; it seems that the whole family is engaged in running the guest house and making sure guests feel comfortable.

Unfortunately we were in small rooms at the back. The front pool facing rooms look really great. The breakfast wasn’t served in a dining room, rather we had ingredients for wraps to make ourselves which we used on first morning of two mornings.
