Central Apartment with Garden

The apparrtment is huge, quiet, beutifuly decorated, and very comfortable. It is bright because of its large windows, but it is also cool because of the surrounding trees that create pleasant shade almost throughout the day. We were there during hot summer days but we barely had to turn on the a/c, which are conveniently located in every room in the appartment. The neighborhood is excellent too - many restaurants and a large city park are within the walking distance. You also get to park your car right in front of the building in a reserved parking space. Shoutout to the owner, Sam, who was very helpful and easy to communicate with regarding all the logistics. I highly reccommend the place to any visitor to Skopje.

I'm really sad that I didn't really have the time to enjoy this house more than just one day!!! And I can't believe that it's located in the heart of Skopje - there's this huge beautiful garden in the backyard. The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated, it's really a blend of the modern and antique unique elements. You're gonna love if you love art and books stuff like that. The living room is very cozy! Also, it's very clean and everything smells very nice, which is very important to me. The shower cabin is also very spacious and comfortable, which I liked very much. Also, Sam is the best, he showed me around and also he was very kind and helpful; he provided me with Autan for the mosquitos. 😅🦟 I'll be coming back again for sure, and I hope for a longer time, as the house is located in Debar Maalo neighborhood nexr to the famous bars and restaurants that I really like, and also near the city park. This is not my first time in Skopje, but I always stay there. Greetings! 🤗

The apartment is divine, spacious, impeccably clean and new, very pleasant in the natural shade and in a great part of the city. The terrace along the whole apartment is phenomenal. The reaction of all of us was "wow, I could live here"!So pure 10!
