Bungalow Lido di Colico, front lake and city center

The location on the edge of the lake. It was very clean.

I should have read the reviews - but was surprised to find out that you only got approx 2 hours of air con. No idea how much extra would have cost, so didn’t dare turn it on. Lodges are so close together that even when the weather isn’t so hot, and all the windows are open, we couldn’t get air circulating so it was stifling. Surrounding caravans are a bit grubby.

Caravan park looked rather grotty. No room around the static we were staying in. Lake was high, so no beach in front of us!

I recently stayed in Colico for one night, and it was a truly beautiful experience. The location is stunning, and the room was fantastic. However, the room's location is slightly different from the description. You need to go 150 meters further to find the camping vans area. This camping house is exceptionally well-built and adds to the charm of the place. The views are breathtaking, and I wish we could have stayed longer than just one night. A special thank you to the Lido Restaurant owner for kindly dropping us off at the train station. Your hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

I coildnt find any room heaters, As it rains always in Colico, would have been a great add on. But thanks to the heavy sheets, all is good.

The location and the cleanliness

New clean bungalow on the first line with amazing view of the lake.

The bungalow wasn't pre-heated and there was no remote contol for the AC to turn the heating on. There was no gas in the kitchen stoves. There was no TV signal. There was no shampoo in the bath.

Amazing Place to stay right on the water. It took only a few steps to get to the beach. It's a 10 minute stroll along the beach to get to town and the ferry. We really enjoyed our time. The Host was super friendly and when we arrived, she sold us eggs and milk since we forgot them and stores where closed the next day. We will definitely come back.

The hot water in the shower was limited if we showered back to back. But with a little time in-between it was ok.
