Everything in the apartment is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen, the rooms and the bathroom. The apartment is quiet and cosy. The owner Marina is very kind and sweet and attentive. During our stay there were no problems. We strongly recommend visiting.

Appartamento stupendo, dotato di ogni comfort per trascorrere un soggiorno senza pensieri, host gentile e disponibile. Locali puliti, ordinati e profumati, cucina attrezzata in ogni dettaglio dalle stoviglie all'elettrodomestico (microonde, tostapane, lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffe), piacevole sorpresa l'aver trovato latte, cialde e biscotti per la prima colazione. Bagno pulito e dotato di asciugamani puliti, lavatrice e box doccia confortevole, Sala con divano letto molto comodo e TV. Camera pulita con letto matrimoniale, comò e capiente armadio. Sicuramente affitterò di nuovo questo appartamento se capiterò a Trieste!

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non è piaciuto il letto cigola un po' troppo e non è facile trovare parcheggio ma facendo un paio di giri sono comunque riuscito a trovarlo non a pagamento e all'ombra nonostante fosse agosto. A pagamento risulta più facile ed è a 5 min a piedi dall'appartamento ma per un soggiorno lungo diventa una spesa da prendere in considerazione.

Our host was unavailable to us but gave a contact instead who had no access to the Booking-platform so we had to communicate in a different app. We got a cold flat without heating, but figured out how to turn on the boiler. The process takes a long time and when a tap is opened it takes a while for the warm water to arrive. The biggest issue was the air temperature in the rooms. The outside temperature during those days was nice and between 10 and 20 degrees but the inside temperature during the day was quite a bit lower than outside. We opened the windows to let in the “warm“ air from outside, so the inside temperature could not have been more than 15-17 degrees. Our contact told us to use more blankets, buy some cheap winter clothes (!) and blamed the weather (which was not particularly cold) and government regulations (which could have been planned with) instead of taking responsibility for the flat’s temperature. We asked for space heaters (which are inexpensive and common in such flats). With help from the Booking-Team our hosts could be moved to take action 48h after our arrival - we received 1 small heater which was able to heat up 1 room partially, to make it through our stay, half of which was thankfully over. The rest of the flat remained cold. It’s a basement flat btw, on the lowest floor, hence the unusually low temperatures. We took medicines to not get ill. The first days were rainy and coming home to a cold flat without heating or a way to dry our clothes was quite bad. Some smaller issues: -Slow internet could not handle more than 1 connected device. -Shower has 3 settings and 4 shower heads, but a knob is missing so only 1 small shower head (the holder for which is broken so it falls down or has to be held manually) can be used instead of the big one. We’re asking for a refund. If heating only works between 15 October and 15 April, that should be communicated, so we don’t end up paying for something we don’t receive.

Very clean, neat, complete utility and a modern house. The owner of the property make sure we have everything to cook and daily living needs such as milk,coffee, herbs. Her information on details really helpfull for a travellers like us.

The apartment was lovely - comfortable and well-designed with lots of features that made our stay more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped and the bathroom was great. The area was quiet but there was easy access to the centre of Trieste, on foot or by bus or taxi. The host was extremely kind, helpful and efficient, she left biscuits and coffee for us, gave us lots of useful information about restaurants, shops, excursions etc and was available when we needed her.
