MYIt was spacious and clean, with modern appliances.
There wasn’t anything which disturbed me/us. Only the parking underneath the tree was not very practical.

DEThe host is very friendly.
The apartment was ok but not for more than 2 person and not for more than than 2 nights. Unfortunately, we were frozen because the heating wasn't adjustable. We couldn't dry the laundry, the host only asked shortly before departure if we wanted to use the dryer. The apartment only has windows in the roof that you can open, the air in the bedroom was much too stuffy for us and we got wet from the rain in bed. it was all clammy and uncomfortable. optically, the apartment is very well designed. It also has no garden, only a small courtyard, nothing for children. I would not rent the apartment again, I found it too expensive and too far away from the sea. kitchen works well but has no window to open. We also had mosquitoes in the apartment because there were no nets on the windows. left 2 days earlier, my daughter 3 had so many mosquito bites for the first time and we live in the country ourselves! So far- for us the holiday wasn't particularly nice. We stay und hotel next time.
CZWe arrived at night and stayed only two nights but everything was just perfect. Very cozy place with comfortable beds, plenty of space to store your things and parking place right in front of the house. If you speak dutch, you can also play some boardgames :) communication with the owners was also great, unfortunately we didn't get to meet as we were away most of the time. Public transport is nearby so you can get easily to Alkmaar and back. Would definitely come back!
