Lijepa i mirna lokacija. Šetnja do bazena u Krapinskim toplicama je kroz lijepu šetnicu i udaljeno 20 minuta laganog hoda ili nekoliko minuta autom. Vrlo ljubazni domaćini. Prostor čist i uredan sa svim uređajima, dvije spavaće sobe, dvije kupaone i dnevna s blagovaonom i kuhinjom. Garaža za parkiranje auta. Blizina dvije veće trgovine. Natkrivena terasa u sklopu apartmana.
