"Room is excellent, but poor parking area, narrow passage but not expected"

Room is excellent, clean and good. Breakfast has been delivered in room. There was no buffet or according to our choice.

Parking of vehicle absolutely a tedious task. The passage to the hotel is not smooth. Reception was In basement.
