The apartment is clean, well-kept, and modern, with a small balcony and a large TV. The bed is large and comfortable. Everything is as described. Less than a 10-minute walk to Via Entea. A few steps to the church of San Nicolò l'Arena and the Greek Theater. Restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a great bakery on the corner where you can buy delicious pastries for breakfast. The host was fantastic. We communicated via WhatsApp. She responded very quickly and was very helpful. A place really worth recommending. I would love to come back.

Jak dla dwóch osób lokal bardzo komfortowy, w doskonałej lokalizacji o dwa kroki od pizzerii, sklep z kanapkami tuż obok. Do głównego placu i targu staroci pieszo parę minut a droga bardzo prosta. Łazienka czysta i funkcjonalna, łóżko bardzo wygodne. Samochód można bezproblemowo zaparkować wzdłuż ulicy - mieliśmy mnóstwo wolnych miejsc. Biorąc pod uwagę lokalizację hałas umiarkowany.

Właścicielka wymaga przekazania danych wrażliwych w postaci przesłania zdjęć/skanów dokumentów tożsamości wraz z odsłoniętym wizerunkiem twarzy co jest niezgodne z przepisami (przynajmniej polskimi) a argumentacja że musi widzieć na kamerze w korytarzu czy właściwe osoby korzystają z lokalu jest jakoś mało przekonująca. W lokalu nie ma czajnika a pozostawione kapsułki z kawą nie pasowały do expresu.

Location was great….nice little restaurants and cafes a stones throw away.

Bottom sheet was ill fitting causing it to come off the mattress all the time.

The host Monica was very nice and extremely responsive with any questions and / or requests we had. Nice cozy little apartment in walking distance to all shops and main streets in the city center.

If you are wanting to stay in central Catania, please look no further than Filomena Chic. Apart from the fact the apartment is gorgeous and perfectly situated … the host is by far the most accomodating, friendly and helpful person I’ve ever felt with in this industry! She goes over and above! I booked for my in-laws who aren’t tech savvy… but I had no worries knowing Filomena would help them with keycards, PIN numbers etc… She went the extra mile and we will not hesitate to book through her again!

Great location, apartment is clean and quiet. You have a small kitchen to prepare a coffee in the morning, or even cook something if that's your thing.

One of the cleanest airbnb we ve stayed, so attentive to details. After backpacking through the island, on a hot day was a blessing to find water in the fridge, the air con on, and a washing machine. Also, the matress and pillows have memory foam and we got a good night's rest. The building is beautiful, the rooms have high ceilings with nice touches. Loved it.
