El gran patio con muchos juegos, casa grande y con mucho equipamiento.

Algunas humedades en habitaciones y un entorno muy aislado (necesitas coche para ir a cualquier sitio) y con bastantes destrozos por la tormenta de Enero 2026.

Adorámos a quintinha. Espaço muito acolhedor, bem localizado e com muito espaço para passar uns dias de férias ou um fim de semana alargado. Excelente escolha, recomendo!!!

Tout maison typique propre et très bien agencé petit village très calme et pas loin de l'autoroute pour faire les visites du pays

C'est un détail mais la piscine manque de chauffage et difficile accès pour les personnes d'un certain âge

Emplacement idéal pour les principales visites et plages. Maison typique charmante, relations avec la propriétaire et Arthur excellentes.

Ce n'est pas une piscine mais un petit bassin. Néanmoins on peut s'y rafraîchir.

Everything was great. Sandra is a wonderful host. Moita Cottage is a great location for trips around Portugal. Nearby beaches are also suitable for children. and we had a lot of fun in the beautiful garden and in the pool ❤

Lovely private courtyard which had good facilities for eating / sitting outdoors. Gated, private on drive parking. Lemon and orange trees meant fresh juice on tap! Great location for getting onto the major road system to go north or south. Coast only 15 mins away by car with some nice seafood restaurants.

Without a dishwasher, you are reliant on the washing up skills of pervious occupants! We ended up washing two of everything and keeping them separate. for our use during our stay. Describing a 12ft by 6ft pool as a swimming pool is pushing a point. Plunge pool, yes! Moita is small with very limited facilities, none of which are really within comfortable walking distance and no pavements for safety either. You need a car and be prepared to travel to get the most out of the cottage location. Property surrounded by yapping dogs in all directions.
