Parking area was safe

The fact that i booked a room with a shower and was told only when i got there that they only had a room with a bath and i couldn't cancel the booking.

Booked here last year on 2 different occasions a few days apart. Loved it. Booked here 2nd time in 2 weeks on our roadtrip to cape and back. Very happy with stay here. Friendly people, safe clean area.

Done a booking through bookings.com for kraaifontei on last Wednesday. I couldn't even drive on that street. Thugs,druggies and taxis.Realy rough neighborhood. Went to check in, that place was horrifying. Filthy and unsafe. Saw a guy bring a lady there and she was using a supermarket uniform,they booked a room. A real death trap. Paid R4800 online and couldn't even walk into that room. Told the lady we can't check in. We where scared. Then left. Bookings.com refuses to give me a refund now. My future bookings now are compromised. Please assist. V.Bodasing 0833392276
