Remek helyen van. Közel van Balluta bay és egy könnyed sétával elérhető még a ferry is. Sétatávolságban van Sant Gilian. Az apartman tiszta, kényelmes.

Labai patogi vieta, netoli paplūdimys ir labai arti parduotuvė. Didelė terasa. Visa reikalinga buitinė technika ir elektronika. Yra kondicionieriai.

Butas nebuvo itin švarus. Atvykus viena lova buvo sulūžusi, tad vienas žmogus vieną naktį turėjo miegoti ant žemės, tačiau tai buvo sutvarkyta kitą dieną. Skalbyklė smirdėjo pelėsiu, reikėjo ją išplauti prieš naudojant.
