"Nice place outside of L'Aquila"

The place was very spacious and comfortable. The parking was convenient. The room was clean and the balcony was great. Overall it was good for what we needed.

No breakfast. Only a coffee machine and some plastic bagged baked goods (which had better days). The bathroom wall is super thin so you hear everything and the shower was very small and the door didn't close well. The location is not bad 15 out of laquila but the entrance to the street is super narrow.

Fair location Quiet Clean Very spacious room with 2 rather uncomfortable beds

NO WIFI. Notified the staff to no avail. I needed it for work reasons, not to look at Facebook. No AC sockets near the bed. Only 2 AC sockets available. Air conditioning not working. Solved by leaving the window open. The "included breakfast" was composed of some pastry and a coffee making machine. This is wrong since they have a restaurant. However, I guess you can not have more for 45 € per night...
