The door is dirty you can see from people's dirty hands touching it. Everything is dusty, and the dishwasher smells like something died in it.

I thought I was getting a motel room for the night and was I wrong. I couldn't get in the room. My wife and I just drove for 11 hours and did not want to deal with the bull. We went and got a motel room for the night. I would ask for my money back but I don't think that will happen.
