Location is great

Please read the description very carefully. External bathroom means that the room does not have a toilet, and you need to go to another separate room with a bed (!) to use the bathroom. There were no photos of this bathroom shown in the room overview before booking, which is important to know in advance. The bathroom itself was not very old and the shower was clean. However, the sink was draining poorly, the bathroom was quite cold, and the window was left open for ventilation, which made it uncomfortable to use. On the positive side, the shared living area with coffee is very clean and cozy, with a sofa and tables — a pleasant space to sit and relax. We were also quite surprised by the host. He spent a long time explaining how to use the keys and how to access the toilet, but the explanations were only in Italian. When it became clear that we didn’t understand, the host made a remark saying that if we are in Italy, we should understand Italian. That moment felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Overall, it’s okay for one night only. The location is very good, and parking was arranged and booked for us, which we appreciated. However, there are several downsides that are important to know before choosing this place.

- Il check in é disponibile fino alle 19. Ma prima di prenotare, non c’è scritto che se chiedi un check in alle 20 vogliono un supplemento di 15€. Per correttezza dovrebbero scriverlo nella descrizione o nei costi aggiuntivi così uno di regola di conseguenza. - Gestore poco cortese

La posizione

Quando paghi certe cifre, pretendi anche determinati servizi. Prese che si staccavano e non funzionanti, luce del bagno non funzionante, arredamenti troppo basici per nulla eleganti. Bella la hall e basta. Il parcheggio non era chiaro non fosse incluso, e quello consigliato dalla struttura è inaffidabile avendoci rigato la macchina. Mi dispiace ma di questa struttura si salva solo la posizione a poche centinaia di metri dall'arena.

Casa Vittoria ligt midden in het centrum van Verona. Alles is te voet bereikbaar. De kamer is ruim en mooi ingericht. Ontbijt was er niet, maar koffie, thee, koekjes, snoepjes alles was mogelijk in de zeer gezellige ontbijt/woonkamer. Zeer jammer, dat we maar 1 nacht daar waren.
