"One of the best values in CDMX!!!"

Hotel Carlota is a little hidden gem in CDMX. It's a great value and centrally located to all the great neighborhoods. The pool area is a great place to chill out and listen to music or work on your laptop.

I've stayed at Hotel Carlota before so I have nothing bad to say.

El restaurante fue muy básico y limitado su menú de desayuno además de que si fue lento su servicio para tres mesas que nos encontrábamos ahí.

"Boa localização e custo-benefício, mas pode melhorar."

A localização era muito boa, perto a maioria das atrações que a gente visitava. Tem um mercado ao lado aberto até tarde e uma avenida movimentada. O restaurante do hotel é bom e o pessoal pareceu ser atencioso.

O banheiro deixa muito a desejar, como o chuveiro e principalmente o vaso sanitário. O nosso quarto era repleto de pernilongos, algo que dificultava muito na hora de dormir. O elevador é muito simples e difícil de manusear, por isso sempre utilizamos as escadas, o que cansava muito.
