en la primer habiacion, el ruido de los demas huespedes pasando y caminando cerca era insoportable en la noche, nos cambiaron de habitacion y hubo mejoria

Estos inconvenientes lo convierten en una opción poco recomendable para quienes buscan una estancia tranquila y un buen descanso Ruido: Es una de las quejas más frecuentes, ya que las instalaciones pueden ser muy ruidosas a cualquier hora, especialmente por la noche debido a eventos o música. Esto dificulta el descanso, por lo que se desaconseja si se busca tranquilidad, según reseñas en TripAdvisor. Mantenimiento: Las habitaciones han sido descritas como mal cuidadas, lo que sugiere una falta general de mantenimiento. Ventilación: Algunas habitaciones carecen de ventanas, impidiendo la ventilación natural y la entrada de aire fresco. Agua caliente: Hay reportes de falta de agua caliente en algunas habitaciones. En mi última estancia las llaves se desprendieron como de película y no podia nivelarel agua caliente. Location on Reforma is perfect. Easy access to everything by walking including many restaurants. The bathroom has everything including a robe and slippers. Very spacious room. Very clean.

My first morning there I had the manager knocking at 9am asking to check something which was too early to be knocking and woke me. They eventually came back to clean at 10:30. I get they might want to clean early but typically that happens between 11am - 3pm.
