Coast Boracay

Our stay was amazing. This was our second time here, and the service remains consistent especially the staff being accommodating and customer-focused. The location is excellent, just a few steps and you have access to the beach, and the property has two swimming pools. It is a 10 year old hotel, but the place is well-maintained. The rooms and common areas are clean with no visible wear/tear and the towels/sheets don’t look old.

The breakfast buffet could be improved, as there were times when two identical mains were served (e.g. longganisa and tocino) which are both processed meats. It would be better if one option was a different type of savory dish. The air-conditioning units can be a bit noisy, though still manageable for sleeping since you’ll be tired anyways after a long day. Management should allocate a budget and replace them soon.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the location was great, rooms were clean and functional, breakfast was nice. Great spot, ChaChas was also great, good food and good vibes all round.

The bedroom door that leaves a gap allowing light and sound through when closed and the noisy electric generator at the beach in front of the hotel.

Amazing staff they cannot do enough for you Jonny & Ben at the beach refilling you iced water regularly and waiting with a towel for you as soon as you left the sea. They went home a few days before we left and we noticed the difference when they wasn't there. Ladies on reception were amazing especially Trisha. Cleaning staff do an amazing job All the waiters and waitresses were great especially Clifford. It's bed & breakfast but they do such lovely little touches- free ice cream and popcorn in the afternoon, little treats in your room in the evening, free fruit basket, free flip-flops and little tote bags 🥰😍 Great breakfast and great location Amazing comfortable beds and pillows

The sun loungers weren't very comfortable could be easily solved with some padding but saying that I still laid on them daily! Wasn't keen on the food in Cha Chas but that could just be my taste I also didn't rate their cocktails other places make them much better. Noisy air con in room but still managed to sleep
