Vairo Cottage

Very good place. Far from the crowded area hence very peaceful. Highly recommended if you have a vehicle.

The cottage is nice for pictures and for a nice relaxing time.

On the day of check out there was no electricity and hence no water also. We had to check out without taking bath and ironing our cloth's . Further, i do not know on overall crime in HP but the cottage is at a deserted space & i felt security was an issue particularly when you are travelling with kids. Its a single cottage with no house around at least 200-300 Mtrs. There is no security guard & doors are also not too strong. The cottage is 15 minutes from the paragliding ground and the cafe's . So its a slight discomfort if you wish to come to cottage and then go back again for cafe's.

The cottage itself is beautifully designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comforts. Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills and lush greenery. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. One of the highlights of our stay was the serene environment. Vairo Cottage is perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle, providing a tranquil atmosphere where you can truly unwind. The care taker is very polite and always ready to help. They have ensured they make us feel welcomed and the entire needs are take care of. He is a very kind and down to earth man.

Fantastic views from the cottage in every direction. The caretakers Hari & Vidya were very helpful and made homely meals. Col Chhatrasaal was always available on phone and a true gentleman. The garage was large enough for parking our XUV and road access reasonably good.

Tends to get a bit warm in the upstairs bedroom during the afternoon in May when we stayed there.

Everything related to this property was beautiful. If you are in a group of friends or family along with your own vehicle, it's just the perfect place!
