personalul de la receptie fff ograznic....nimic profesional, este o doamna blonda cu parul neingritit care a vut un comportament ne profi in momentul in care i-am adus la cunostinta ca in camera nu exista cersafuri si sapun....a raspuns aceasta doamna ca nu e treaba ei si ca ea nu stie. o alta fata de la receptie nu a avut intentia sa ne avertizeze ca nu e bine sa parcam masina in fata hotelului ca o sa avem probleme cu politia locala, ba chiar a ras si a avut un schimb de vorbe cu acel politist ceea ce ne-a dat de gandit ca ea ar fi chemat politia. si evident a vb urat si nepoliticos cu familia care era cu noi. FFFFFFFF MULTA MIZERIE IN STATIUNEA MAMAIA
