Very good location. The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Claudia was very helpful and gave great recommendations on where to go and where to eat.

Ottima pulizia, posizione comodissima anche dalla stazione dei treni e vicino al centro (posizione e modalità di ingresso ottimi a mio parere anche per una ragazza da sola). Proprietaria cordiale e super disponibile anche quando abbiamo avuto problemi all'ultimo minuto per arrivare entro l'orario del check-in.

Claudia is a very kind and hospitable host. She welcomed us personally and gave us detailed explanations about the room and the city itself. She had left us little compliments in the room - sweets and drinks, which was very nice. Our room was small but well decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The same goes for the bathroom. The cleanliness was excellent! The room itself is located in a beautiful building, in a private complex, only 5 minutes away from the center of Sanremo. You can park the car on the street /at night it is free/.

The room is quite small and located on the ground floor, and does not get much sunlight.
