Apartman Rose

The apartment is really cozy and clean ;). The location is 10 out of 10, as being in the old city and close to all major sightseeings. Near to the apartment, there is a bakery, shops and a couple of places to eat. Me and my family enjoyed our stay ;).

The owners are great, but the building does not help them. The apartment looks like in the pictures. Wifi is very good, hot water, fridge. There is also a heating/coolling system but we haven't used it as it was not necessary, so I can tell if it is functional or not.

The location is very good, if you want to reach the main square in 5 - 7 minutes on foot. But if you are a light sleeper, you cannot sleep because the building is situated at a crossroad and cars and trams are making a lot of noise. On the other hand, the structure of the building is not safe at all. If I had seen pictures from the interior of the building and considering the two earthquakes that damaged old buildings in Zagreb, I would have not chosen this property. So the big minuses: the noise & the building. The pictures I attached are all from the interior of the building, not from the apartment.
