Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful and always smiling. I felt like home, the service the food, everything was fine and of course I would come again. Thank you to all the people there!

Every aspect of the property felt beautifully in tune with the environment and the intention of sustainability and wellness. The villa, the aryuvedic spa, the yoga and meditation classes, the pool, the greenery, the restaurant and especially the staff were all lovely.

1日2時間15分のアーユルヴェーダ体験と任意参加の朝ヨガの宿泊パッケージでとても素晴らしい体験ができた。スタッフも親切で、ゆったりした時間が過ごせた。宿泊は2最低でも2日以上をおすすめする。

自然の中にあるホテルなので仕方がないが、浴室に毎日ゴキブリが出たのはびっくりした。

Tout! C’était parfait. Pas étonnant que la renommée de Jetwing soit si bonne. C’est une oasis au cœur de ce quartier de Negombo. Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel. Le confort de la chambre. Le calme du jardin. La beauté du lieu. La propreté. Le rapport qualité-prix Les traitements sont très bons. La nourriture Ayurvedique très fine et bien adapté aux patients. Si je reviens au Sri Lanka, début et fin de séjour se feront au Jetwing Ayurveda Pavillons. (Avec la formule traitements et demi-pension)

Les rideaux pourraient être plus occultants. L’approche « business » un peu moins prononcé.

スタッフの皆様がとても親切で楽しい滞在でした。 数名、日本語が話せるスタッフの方がいたのも心強かったです。 毎日のトリートメントはとても気持ちよく癒されました。 スタッフの方が度々お花をくれたのも嬉しかったです。

booking.comからメッセージでやりとりした内容がきちんと伝わっていないことや返信が途切れることがあり、こちらからリマインドをかける必要があったこと。

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、素晴らしいです。アーユルヴェーダのトリートメントも初めてで不安だったのですが、ドクターが丁寧に説明してくださり、施術も大満足です。 部屋の清掃も丁寧にしてくださっていました！ 帰国の飛行機が深夜だったのですが、お部屋を使えるように対応していただき、本当にありがたかったです！

Such a lovely stay!! I booked this last minute due to having a flight at 2am and I could not be happier with my decision! From start to finish the staff are friendly and accommodating, always willing to help to ensure you have a relaxing stay. Within 3 hours of arriving, I had a Ayurvedic consultation as well as a 2 hour treatment as well as food tailored to my needs. I felt better immediately and my skin was glowing! They helped me in organising transport to the airport, which is close by, and everything was completely seamless. This was a perfect place to stay to ready me for a night of travelling, thank you!
