Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions

The staff were excellent and always tried their best to meet our needs. Treatments were good too. The property is well maintained and has a tranquil feel to it. Room sizing is good with comfortable beds. Definitely worth a visit again.

The food as part of the full treatment & board was very well presented but lacked protein & nutrition. It was very carbo & starch based which was not to my liking. I would have preferred a more well balanced diet with less starch.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jetwing. Peaceful, healthy, relaxing. Everybody is very professional and dedicated, making sure we got the best service. At the restaurant they are attentional, it is a talented group of young waiters. The reception as well, very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping taking care of anything from room, laundry, water supplies etc. The rooms are nice and simple, it works! Everybody can follow the morning yoga, the yogis approach and his technicality is incomparable, second to none. Treatments and massage very very good and helpful. So nice to be able to use facilities on other Jetwing Hotels, eg. gym and 50m pool at Jetwing Blue. It was peace of mind!

Service is toooo slow It takes sometimes around 30 min to get the main after your starter Poor amenities in the room ( not even a shower gel ) Cleaniness i would give 6/10

Everything was amazing! From the nice big rooms, food (exceptional!), treatments, always smiling and helpfull staff... really great place to relax your body and soul and even do maximum for your health. The doctors are well taking care of everybody and the treatments are exceptional.

That I had to leave. And would like to eat those amazing meals more!

Fantastic ayurveda experience! This was our first ayurveda treatment, we did the 3 day program and the program had really positive impact on us. Extremely nice hotel with great service. The food is outstanding with every day three meals consisting of 3 courses each. Every morning there is relaxing yoga to start the day well. The daily treatments are amazing and vary depending on your body type. Outside of the program there is room to relax at the pool or explore the city of Negombo. Special thanks to Hishan & Saman for the remarkable service and treatments. We hope to be back!

There was many mosquitoes (normal in this region), but we would recommend the staff to be more cautious while cleaning the rooms.

This is not a 4* hotel by any stretch of the imagination. The property is rundown and staff are lacklustre and only react when they are told to so by managers. No mini bar/fridges in room although one was arranged for me on request. The Ayurvedic treatments are a total gimmick and the treatment room that I was in was also a make shift store room. The massages are basic and equivalent to any cheap beachside affair. No therapeutic techniques applied. Not a spa and not a therapy centre but just a not very good parlour. No showers on site so I was sent back to my room covered in body scrub. The treatments were the main draw and that fell flat on its face. Food was good but the service was lacking and although they repeatedly offered off menu items, when I made a simple request for raw green mangos I was lied too at first and then ignored. There was hot water for the shower on my first night but not since then. The two managers are the only saving grace for this place and their kindness and understanding almost had me fooled into extend my stay by another two nights but everything came undone the same evening and I respectfully moved to alternative accommodation.

I had a wonderful stay, all of the staff have been so friendly and helpful all the time. The hotel has a beautiful garden and the pool is also very nice. The food was delicious and the cook even took some time to show us the garden and explain a lot about the plants, trees and herbs that are growing there. The treatments with Ruwan have been great and the consultations with Dr. Anuradha have been very helpful and interesting. We also had wonderful yoga sessions every morning and the aqua exercise in the afternoon was also fun. The housekeeping did a great job every day and they decorated the room with beautiful flowers and cute towel animals. The team at the reception has always been very helpful and the laundry service was also very good.

The housekeeping could further improve their service by closing the door every time they come in the room, because there were a lot of mosquitos around and in the room every day. The cleanliness of the floor could be a little better. Sometimes, when I needed something for the room, it took up to more than half an hour until it was brought to me, it would be nice, if this would be a little faster.
