Hotel Jackson

This place is awful. I needed one night to stay and recuperate from a long trip before going further in my travels. I am disabled and have a service dog. He is certified and I have all of his paperwork. I was charged extra for a “cleaning fee” because of my dog. He is a service dog and I stayed one night. Meanwhile the room was disgusting. It smelled so bad that I had to leave the window open constantly to avoid vomiting. I would have went elsewhere but I was unable to receive a refund and had no transportation…Uber is non existent here. M

I didn’t like that it was filthy with bedbugs, blood and urine and it smelled bad the proprietor would not give me my money back and I drove all the way from Chicago 4 1/2 hours away to drop my daughter off at college. I had to get it in my car and drive back because I could not stay there and couldn’t afford another hotel, I was done

This hotel needs to be condemned! Absolutely filthy!! I took a chance as some reviews stated it was excellent.

It was inexpensive which is what we were looking for. It has refrigerator & microwave.
