The property and room itself was fine, as in pictures. The owners and staff were kind and did their best.

The location, behind a mall on a very busy street, was difficult to get to; extremely congested, and equally noisy at all hours. Tuk Tuk driver refused to take me there, I had to walk with all my luggage the last 3 blocks due to congestion. Much better to stay closer to River if you can.

Behavior of the owner was excellent. Excellent hospitality. No hastle was faced during check-in and check-out. The breakfast was tasty and hygienic. Received food(BF) and tea whenever requested. Distance from Dasaswamedh ghat and Viswanath temple was within 1 KM. Since it is located little away from main road, there was no noise. Rooms and toilets were neat and clean. Ideal homely stay for a couple and family. Opportunity for improvement: Facility of dinner. More staff (1/2).

Location a bit interior but just 10-15 mins walk to main road

We had booked our room for 6 nights and had communicated in advance that our check-in would be next day in the morning, which was confirmed by the property management. As we arrived, we found that some other guest was occupying our room and we had to stay at another room on the property for few hours, till our room was vacated. The management refused to accept their fault, telling us that at least they were providing us a room and they didn't allow late check-ins (which they had earlier confirmed over a message on booking.com that it was not going to be an issue). Everything else was fine, especially the food, which was exceptional. We were later charged for 5.5 days rather than 6 days, so they kind of accepted their fault but this shady behaviour of overbooking left a bitter taste in the mouth.

The room was decent, clean, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities. The garden - lush, green, and meticulously maintained. I spent some slow morning breakfast hours relaxing in the garden, reading, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The food served at Vrinda Garden Stay was homely and delicious.Rukmin aunty prepared us some food with love and care, and the flavors were authentic and mouthwatering. I felt like I was eating at my own home! The staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive to my needs. They made sure I had a comfortable stay and were always available to help. Overall, I highly recommend Vrinda Garden Stay to anyone looking for a peaceful, homely, and relaxing getaway. The garden, food, and staff all come together to create a wonderful experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
