Airport Villa Amman

I was running very late for check in, as my bus took longer than expected, and I did not arrive until after 2am, but the venue accommodated this, for which I was so grateful, especially after a long day of traveling! On top of that, the room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The morning breakfast was a very nice way to start the day. Staff were also very flexible with timing to drive to the airport. Overall, I have no complaints, and the stay exceeded my expectations!

My booking was included breakfast and a free one way shuttle trip to the airport. At checking in I was asked what time I’d like breakfast and the shuttle. On check out morning I went down to get breakfast and was told I haven’t paid for it and I haven’t paid for the shuttle either. I told the female staff that my booking did include this and showed her the confirmation. She was adamant I had to pay for it. I’ve asked why I wasn’t told this when I checked in. She didn’t really answer. At the end I just left. Contacted customer service who tried to get hold of the accommodation , but there was no reply to my complaint.

Perfect experience. Very close to the airport. The staff is over the top to serve.

L'obligation de prendre 2 chambres alors que la chambre pouvait largement accueillir un lit additionnel 10jod pour aller à l'aéroport est cher pour 3 km à parcourir Equipements annoncés mais non présents dans la chambre : bouilloire, frigidaire (présent mais prise non adaptée et donc inutilisable)
