Was little bit far away from beach area ,,,bus issues

There was no breakfast, the facilities where not enough to have a breakfast and there were many dirty equipments like toaster and pan. There were no trash bins at the room, neither at the bathroom or kitchen. There was nobody to give me any assistance. I was told my room was at the second floor and the key would be at the door but it wasn't true, I found a key a the door at the first floor and took me half an hour to find it. I've spent 14,27 EUR with breakfast and want to get this amount reimbursed.

Everything is excellent, large room with large bed with kitchen for cooking, easy check in and check out, widescreen TV, near of the sea.
