Coban Residence Apartments

The location was excellent near to bars and restaurants and places of interest

The entrance to the property was a little dark in the evening I used my phone for extra light

Huge apartment, exceptionally clean. Quiet and very central location.

Beautiful apartments located in the heart of the city. We had 3 apartments, all comforyable and in excellent state. Plus, the designer knew how yo make it warm and homey. We just loved staying there!

Spacious and clean

The apartment was in a wonderful location, perfectly located on one of the main walking streets. The apartment was very clean and the shower was fantastic, big and great water pressure and plenty of hot water. We were provided with plenty of shampoo & toilet paper too! This was a two story apartment that looked newly renovated. The bedroom was on the upper floor and the toilet & kitchen was downstairs. If you have mobility issues unit 4 “rustic apt” is not for you. The tv upstairs in the bedroom was great and internet was really good too! We didn’t need to use the kitchen except the refrigerator which worked great.

The location is excellent, the rooms were big and clean, the bed was huge and comfy and we had everything we needed. Just like in description.
