Villa Assunta

Prostorná zahrada vybavená pohodlným venkovním nábytkem. Blízkost k pláži. Pláž je moc hezká. Byli jsme v květnu, takže tu byl klid a ticho.

Překvapilo nás, že není pitná voda a nedala se v místě ani nikde koupit. Našli jsme pak kohoutek s pitnou vodou na hlavní silnici.

Soft mattresses, non drinkable water.

It was an extremely uncomfortable stay with the host misleading about the facilities and being very difficult to deal with. We left after 3 nights ( was booked for 7 nights and in a dispute to get the money back now). 1. The villa is only about 60sq meters and has 1 living room(a part of the kitchen) with a small sofa vs. advertised 80 sq meters and 2 living rooms with 2 sofa beds. 2. The beds were extremely uncomfortable - we had pout morasses on the floor: 2 adults and 2 young kids. Single beds’ legs are unstable. Master bed mattress was positioned on a metal base with springs - it was too bouncy to sleep on. I messaged the host about these problems after the 1st night - they promised to deliver a better bed base for the master bed, but never did! 3. ⁠The house is 50 meters away from a beach night club that was blasting loud music until 4am every night. This should have been mentioned in the advertisement, but the host failed to notify. It is hugely misleading and not suitable for a family holiday with young kids. 4. ⁠There was no electricity at some point / it was tripped. Then there was no hot water for a day. 5. The host was very unhelpful and rude. Overall a terrible experience - paying nearly EUR 300 a night for a student youth hostel quality house. We left half way through our stay and had to book another accommodation. The host has not paid back for 4 nights of us not staying in the house - a real crook.

Amazing location just next to the beautiful beach. Terrace with a view on mountains. Lovely garden. Place to park a car. Very nice and helpful host.

We didn’t know that the water in sink is salty so we had a surprise drinking our first tea there :) So it’s good to bring some extra water battles.

Vicinanza al mare, giardino comodo, casa completa di tutto.

Aggiungerei un filtro per l'acqua perchè anche dalla doccia scende abbastanza salata e non si gode bene la doccia.

die tolle Lage nah am Strand fanden wir sehr gut es war ruhig bis auf den Bass der Strandbar

in der Küche waren nur 2 Kaffepötte und die Teller haben ihre besten Jahre schon hinter sich. Man darf nicht alle Elektrogeräte gleichzeitig benutzen, ansonsten ist Stromausfall (Sicherung)

Fantastische plek met heerlijk strand in de achtertuin. We hebben genoten!!! Vroeg opstaan voor mooie zonsopgangen is de moeite waard!

Super locatie! Alles is netjes! Supermarkt dicht in de buurt! Strandraketjes, parasol en kajak vrij beschikbaar! Rustig strand aan hele leuke baai!

De matrassen zijn niet geschikt voor mensen die last hebben van hun rug
