Sunny terrace

If you are a light sleeper the street might bother you Lucky we are good sleepers

The terrace and the location was the best. The terrace that is shown in the photo was from apartment 2, though. So ours was small. Be aware that there are 3 apartments and number one is the smallest (our). The location is incredible, you are in the center of split, no need for car.

There was no kitchen because of the size of the apartment, overall we had a nice experience with the apartment, though.

Needs a mirror above the desk, and maybe an extra shelf in the bathroom

The terrace is great!

This was our first time in Split and did not know our way around but the owner of the apartment kept in touch, he sent us pictures of the outside so we could find the apartment easily. When we arrived we were met very promptly by the owner Martin and he was an absolute gentleman, the only downside is that the towels were not freshened up(the only bad thing), and the balcony that we had was a generous size, and had a table, chairs and also a sunbed. there was tea, coffee, water, beer, and apple juice supplied free of charge in the fridge. Martin was on hand at any time if there was a problem. we will go back to Sunny Terrace. the location is excellent, you are right in the middle of the historic old town and only 2 min walk away from the Riva Promenade.

Very easy and friendly

The apartment is centrally located. Many attractions are within walking distance in minutes. The terrace is also nice to just chill and relax after a long day or admiring the view in the morning while having coffee or tea. It overlooks the oldest Catholic church, Cathedral of St. Domnius.

It is centrally located. If you don't like noise up until 2 or 3am in the morning, this may not be the place for you. If you don't mind late night noise, the restaurant across the street plays good music.

The location is perfect! The terrace is nice, we enjoyed sitting out early in the morning and evenings. Our host gave us water bottle and a bottle of red wine. I thought that was nice, especially you have to pay for water bottle everywhere you go in Croatia. Even though in general water from the sink/water fountains are good for drinking, the restaurants and cafes don't give you tap water, they give you bottled water and it's not cheap.

If you have heavy luggage, there is no elevator, you have to haul it up the steps and stairs. We had no problem with that though as we are used to carrying heavy stuff in the gym. Just want to state it here for those who are concern with stairs :-)
