Sunny terrace

On arrival, the external view is an old-style apartment, but when you get inside this place has been nicely renovated. Good shower, practical kitchen galley, big comfortable bed, and a really big room just as you need it for a few days holiday. The terrace is ideal for relaxing after a day of travelling or tourism, even though the view is a simple collection of roofs and chimneys. We visited in March, and were glad to sit outside and catch the evening sun. In summer you will love being out there, catching the breezes under the parasol. Mini market shops with fresh groceries are nearby, plus it's a few minutes walk to the waterside and all the cafes and bars you would want. Arrival was well organised: host gave directions to car parking (you can't drive into the old town, so you must walk the last 5 minutes), and he was at the apartment in person to welcome us, help with luggage and answer all our questions. Highly recommended.

Location is excellent. The room is very clean and has a fridge, very cute balcony, clean washroom. Bed is comfortable. Wifi is excellent. The host is extremely nice had given us all the information we needed for our stay. We were very happy with the choice we did selecting this place for our 2 night stay in Split.

The room is spacious and very well equipped...at the same time it has a great old world charm I loved the view of the roofs and the old town from the balcony... the hosts were amazing and so friendly. It was a great place to rest and unwind, yet right in the middle of Old Split.

Great host! Marin was friendly and gave us lots of tips. Great balcony, superb location, comfy bed.

No hot water in the first morning however after contacting Marin, he responded really quickly and it was fixed within the hour.
