Posizione ottima, padrona di casa molto gentile e per niente invasiva

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema solo con l’acqua, ma non imputabile alla struttura

Nothing at all.

Everything here was the worst compared to other apartments or hotels I stayed in the whole of Europe and Asia especially the owner. He does not care about the guests at all and he is not ready to run his apartment because he does not have a service mind at all. When I arrived at his apartment there was no own parking space which is not acceptable for me because on the Booking it is mentioned that it is nearby. So I had to park somewhere on the street which is too far for my 90 years old dad. Also when I need to find his apartment I really had a hard time finding his apartment because he did not give enough detail about how to get to his apartment. It took me like one hour to find the way by myself but I could not make it because the road was closed. Finally I had to ask the owner to send someone to show me another way. When his daughter came she mentioned to me that Oh! That street was closed and I had to take another street. When I heard her said I was so angry that the owner did not inform me before. Also after I arrived at the apartment at 9.30 pm I would like to cook dinner for everyone in my family especially my dad but the stove and the lighter were not working at all. When I texted the owner he said that he could not send someone to help me anymore because his daughter went out already and this is my own problem not his problem. So we all could not cook our dinner and we could not eat our dinner and also breakfast for the next morning for what we bought for cooking. Finally we had to skip our dinner and buy a new breakfast. I think he is such a worst apartment owner and he is not professional at all. In my idea if something happens in the apartment he should have sent someone to help me right away it does not matter what time because I am the guest but he did not do it. He still said to me please do not disturb him anymore because he is going to sleep now even it was only 10 pm when I called him.

Très bien placé, calme et fonctionnel. Parking Très proche. Accueil sympathique de Claudio et Antonella.

Un grille pain serait le bienvenu.

Deberían de renovar el menaje de cocina (cacerolas y sartenes). El aire acondicionado está en el salón y le cuesta llegar el frío al dormitorio

Io e la mia famiglia volevamo fare qualche giorno di vacanza al mare durante la settimana di ferragosto a Montalto Marina ma visti i prezzi altissimi nella località, abbiamo deciso di optare per questa struttura situata a Tuscania, un paese che si trova a pochi km di distanza dalla stessa Montalto (circa 15/20 minuti di auto). Gli appartamenti di Casa Cencioni sono tutti nuovissimi e dotati di ogni comfort (aria condizionata, cucina attrezzata, wifi gratis, stendino, tavola e ferro da stiro etc...). La proprietaria, la Signora Antonella, è una persona estremamente gentile ed accogliente che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno omaggiandoci anche del tagliando per il parcheggio gratuito, di ingressi per la piscina comunale e un sacchetto di lavanda profumata realizzato artigianalmente da lei stessa. Casa Cencioni è un piccolo gioiello ristrutturato situato nel cuore del centro storico di Tuscania il cui stile riflette l'attenzione per i dettagli e l'amore per l'ospitalità della sua proprietaria.

Tutto perfetto, nulla da segnalare.
