Everything new, hoy water and excellent attention

Honestly price should be at least double what they are selling the beds for, pretty cheap for the quality you get. It's kind of just opened so everything is new

They should install a light in the capsule bed

Cleanliness

The staff was super nice and helpful. They have nice drawer/lockers, comfy beds, clean and hot showers and space for parking the motorbike in front.

Nothing.

Yuli is amazing! She is not just a receptionist, but she also arranges scooters/tours/ferry. She speaks english very well and is quick to respond to questions on whatsapp. Most of the time she is in the lobby chatting with people, which gives the place a homey feeling. The hostel itself is new, cheap and clean. Yuli makes the place exceptional though, without her it would just be decent. 10 stars for Yuli!

The lockers are not very sturdy

People here are really friendly, If I come back to Nusa Penida of course I’d like to come back here. Don’t worry about location, here in Nusa penida you must rent a scooter and this place has parking too.

Excellent price/quality relationship. Everything super new and clean. Room with AC. The beds are very confortable and the courtains offer a lot of privacy. They offer a towel and shampoo and liquid soap. There are two good bathrooms per dorm. Excellent location. The owner is very nice! We loved our stay and if we come back to Nusa we will stay here again :)

The tours and scooter rental prices are a little bit higher than average. Also, it would be nice to add a phone supporter in the scooter and a light and a little night stand in each bed.
