The staff were frienly and very proffessional

We ordered free range chicken which would normally come with it's broth but in this case the broth was replaced by some source made from tomatoes.

Easy to find and great stopover on the way to the beach. Food at the restaurant is great, it will just take a wait, so be patient.

Room TV had only one channel

Staff welcoming. Management was kind enough to consider late breakfast after doing an early game drive..

Washrooms had unpleasant smell after a while. It kept coming and going. Washrooms need to consider arab shower especially for Muslims. Cooling fan should be on both corners for deluxe triple rooms.

I very good stop over for road trip. We enjoyed the place and the food.. The people working there are very friendly and helpful.. we will come back again when we have a stopover in Voi

The staff ,from Njeri at the front desk to Mr.Dennis Njuki behind the bar ,the customer service was top notch.

The lack of AC in the rooms forced one to keep the fan on .The noise from late arriving guests pkus the small size of the rooms meant we kept being woken up and didn't get to sleep untill well past 1.30am.As for the mosquitose ,they attacked droves.

The website states that the rooms have AC. So, when you reserve a room for the advertised rate you would assume that you would have AC in the room. NOT so. The advised rate is for an African style room with NO AC. to get AC you have to pay an up charge of around double the advertised rate.

The hotel sits between a very busy highway and the railroad. So, you have the sounds of traffic most of the night or the train passing by at different times of the night.
